I am writing to request assistance with a software purchase made through your platform.

I purchased and successfully redeemed two codes for "AngelMatch". However, since last week, my dashboard has been incorrectly prompting me to subscribe to a plan. I contacted the software owner, Rashid, for support on February 19, 2026. He stated that the issue was a glitch due to a recent upgrade and that his technical team would resolve it soon.

Despite providing my AppSumo codes and account email, it has now been seven days, and my lifetime access has not been restored. I am concerned about the lack of data backups during their upgrade and the overall unprofessional handling of this matter.

Please look into this situation to ensure my lifetime access is restored and that AppSumo members are treated appropriately by their partners.
