Sure:
1) Yes you can translate the frontend Widget to your language.
2) You can embed the widget on as many websites/domains as you like. You get 2 Newsfeeds, which means two feeds with different content to each other which means you wouldn't want the same feed on multiple business websites that are different, as they will show the same content.
