Promising tool + great customer experience
In the beginning I have been a bit hesitant due to the unpleasant rumors I've heard regarding Reece other product Sendpilot. Due to my active search for a newsfeed tool like beamer as lifetime or annual deal, I've sidelined my suspicion and tested Announcefly in depth.
I have to say... I love it!!
The subscription by topic via email (soon also via push notification), the feedback options and the overall design are great!
But you know the product can always be improved, what matters most is the team behind it. I had an excellent customer experience with Reece. I've written him several times via the chat regarding current issues and upcoming futures. He took the time and answered all my questions in depth. During our conversion he and his team made several functional changes I've suggested on the fly. This is the first time I've experiences such a direct execution and improvement of a product.
It is still quite early in development, but the approach Reece and his team are taking convinces me of a promising future for the tool. Indeed you deserve 5 tacos!

I wouldn't worry too much about the unpleasant review on SendPilot - if you narrow it down it's unfortunately only a small handful of users (some of which I've verified never actually tried SendPilot, but nothing I can do about that) who had a bad experience with SendPilot despite our best efforts to help.
Thanks a lot for the kind words - we really love being able to push feature updates and minor changes fast that our customers suggest, sometimes within a few minutes of them being requested! It's one of the things that sets us out (nobody likes to wait ages for new feature requests to be implemented).
