When companies make the statement best offer ever for early investors.. you hold onto an app that is flawed but has potential.. for the company to then sell for 50% less than their best offer on here .. I question the ethics of the company and the attitude to LTD buyers on AppSumo. I wont be buying any other products from Answerly.

5/5 tacos because it is a great product that survived years on appsumo to now be 5 stars avg, i.e. founding team took feedback and ran with it (continuous improvement)!. However the other platform on here which currently does roughly the same thing, prompts ppl to leave voice reviews as alternatives since most clients wont appreciate their face plastered all over as my marketing tool (or maybe thats just me). So it would be great to see voice reviews as an alternative, and hopefully so text reviews could also be displayed from google so if we first invite them to that review, then this (video/voice) can be the second and final ask of the reviewing customer. Is this in the pipeline? 5/5 for everything else and I love how it has VBOUT great integrations! ;)

UPDATE: After some initial frustration about the felt lack of support, the support has been very supportive :) and fixed my bug.
Considering this, the tool is now really outstanding and a brilliant idea to have on your website, and a must-buy from AppSumo

The tool is great, but what use is it if you have no support in place?
As other people mentioned before, there seems to be no support.
I´m having a bug - but no chance to contact anyone - the chat says "it will respond in minutes" though nothing ever happens.
Software loses its value if it is not supported - no idea why go through the hassle of creating it when it gets neglected afterwards.

The videos play smoothly, and the player has a clean design. ✨ Support is responsive, and setup is straightforward. 👍 Uploading videos, customizing, and embedding the widget on my websites all went smoothly with no issues. I also love that we can share the Facepop video on its own without needing a website, and it supports CNAME too! Sheer perfection! 🥇🏆💯

The truth is that it is absolutely incredible and everyone who sees my website tells me that this FacePop is wonderful and where I got it from and how I put it on my website 😊😊

It is absolutely disruptive, it attracts a lot of attention and makes people want to click and it greatly increases the conversion of any page, so don't miss it and if you can get to the maximum level like I did.

And by the way, if this application is good, I can't even tell you how incredibly magical the support is since they help you with absolutely everything and even if you don't know how to do something, they configure it for you.
