We have rebuilt Answerly from the ground up based on direct user feedback. Our primary focus for V3 is Accuracy and Response Latency. We’ve moved beyond incremental fixes to ensure your AI agent provides reliable, instantaneous data to your customers.

Key Technical & Functional Updates

Optimized Response Speed: We have significantly reduced Time to First Token (TTFT). Responses now generate near-instantaneously, creating a more fluid, "alive" interaction for the end user.

Enhanced UX: Hero Messages & Conversation Starters: You can now set a central "Hero Message" to establish brand tone or highlight updates. Conversation Starters provide clickable prompts to guide users toward high-value information immediately, reducing friction in the discovery phase.

Integrated Lead Generation: V3 allows for native lead capture forms (Name, Email, etc.) directly within the chat flow. Leads are logged in a dedicated dashboard and can be exported to Google Sheets for automated CRM integration.

Re-engineered Knowledge Tab: We have overhauled the ingestion engine. You can now import URLs or documents, and the system will autonomously parse and structure them into high-quality Q&A pairs for the agent’s knowledge base.

Standalone Chat Interface: We’ve introduced a full-screen, focused chat environment. This provides a distraction-free UI for users who require a more immersive support experience.

Agent Health Dashboard

To ensure your AI operates at peak performance, we’ve introduced the Agent Health suite, providing actionable telemetry:

Knowledge Coverage: Identifies gaps where the agent lacked a prepared answer.

Answer Efficiency: Measures the "one-touch" resolution rate.

Human Escalation Snapshots: Pinpoints the exact interaction moment a user requested a human agent, allowing you to debug and patch knowledge gaps.

Sentiment Analysis & Feedback: Includes native Like/Dislike buttons and NLP-driven sentiment detection to identify which responses are performing well and which require optimization.
