Your widget lacks a visible close button for the chat box when it's open. Instead, users have to click three dots at the top to close it, which is not standard practice. Most users expect a cross icon at the top for easy and convenient closure. With the launch of your improved V3 version, I was wondering if this adjustment might be included in a future update. While the three dots are useful for resetting the conversation and other options, a cross icon to close the chat box is essential for usability. Perhaps it could be placed slightly to the left of the three dots. Please let me know.
