Q: Did this whitelabel issue from May get fixed? It's ESSENTIAL for me.

: Hi, I have noticed a major issue with the white label feature.

I have successfully set my agency subdomain and can access my agency dashboard. However, the problem is that when a client wants to add their own custom domain, the platform instructs them to point their domain to “answerly-chat--domain.b-cdn.net.” This exposes the Answerly brand again, which contradicts the principles of white labeling. The purpose of the white label feature is to hide any branding related to the original service provider. Please let me know how this can be fixed. I have already sent you an email and attached screenshots.

A: Hi there,

All of our CNAME records are unbranded for whitelabel clients. If you log in through a whitelabel client on your customized dashboard, you should see the correct CNAMEs.

I apologize for the confusion caused by the colleague -- where it was mentioned that we were still working on this. In fact, the issue has already been resolved months ago!

Let me know if you have other questions.
