Q: Hi, I have noticed a major issue with the white label feature.

I have successfully set my agency subdomain and can access my agency dashboard. However, the problem is that when a client wants to add their own custom domain, the platform instructs them to point their domain to “answerly-chat--domain.b-cdn.net.” This exposes the Answerly brand again, which contradicts the principles of white labeling. The purpose of the white label feature is to hide any branding related to the original service provider. Please let me know how this can be fixed. I have already sent you an email and attached screenshots.

I apologize for the confusion. I misunderstood the CNAME details because we have multiple CNAME options available. The issue you experienced with this feature has actually been resolved for some time now.
