You are advertising a 'built-in contact form'. But I don't seem to get it to work on your website.

Most of the time, the chatbot (Emma) does not render a form inside a message, but instead just mentions an email address. When I specifically ask for support, sometimes Emma shows html as plain text. Or just [Contact form] in brackets.

On one try I actually got a form as a response, but it did not work and did not look like the screenshot besides the 'Answer the Unanswered Questions with our Built-in Contact form.' section on your front-page.

Is the contact form still in development?

Our chatbot's dataset includes our email address and contact link, and we also have a contact form feature available. So, when you ask the chatbot to contact support, sometimes it may suggest the email address instead of exclusively using the contact form.

The feature is complete, however, we have noticed that sometimes the chatbot tries to add unnecessary decorations to the form. We are constantly enhancing our filter to remove these decorations effectively.
