In V3, as per your documentation , you have implemented a method to create Q&A pairs from our data for RAG. I have a question about this. If a document generates say, 100 Q&A pairs and a user asks a complex question whose answer is spread across say, questions 1, 23, and 87, will the RAG technology retrieve all these three questions and combine their answers to provide a complete response? Or will it only provide a partial answer based on the single Q&A pair it selects?
Your widget lacks a visible close button for the chat box when it's open. Instead, users have to click three dots at the top to close it, which is not standard practice. Most users expect a cross icon at the top for easy and convenient closure. With the launch of your improved V3 version, I was wondering if this adjustment might be included in a future update. While the three dots are useful for resetting the conversation and other options, a cross icon to close the chat box is essential for usability. Perhaps it could be placed slightly to the left of the three dots. Please let me know.
I have purchased tier 3 and I am facing the same problem highlighted in an earlier question by fastandcurious. In the LLM settings, I am trying to use Claude; I have entered the API key and, from the link you provided, selected the model name : claude-sonnet-4-6 However, the system does not pick it up, and I am getting the same error that Fast and Curious pointed out earlier, two or three messages below mine. Edit: Just tried deepseek API and it faces same problem as claude. In both cases, the bot replies with this to any query: ⛔ An error occurred while generating a response: Model Not Exist PS: In my testing, I used OpenRouter without any issue.
