Q: Remove branding and Airtable integration

I sent an email to support but did not get a response.
I purchased Level 5 tier and do not have the option to remove branding. Can you let me know where the option is? I have searched every setting I can find.

Can you also confirm if there will be the option to use Airtable as a data source and when that will be?

Do i need to have an openai paid key to use answerly?
I get that it works in serveral languages. My question is: as I have an ecommerce in 3 languages I will it automatically works in the selected site language by the user? For the bot knowledge I need to paste all the products url and I need to do it in each language? Thank you
