Q: Way to verify uploaded learning material

I have found that uploading learning material, in this case from .docx, works for a time and then doesn't. For example, if I upload information, that information will be referenced in answers initially but eventually it will no longer be used. If I upload the same document again, again the bot will use the info. Is there any way to verify that the learning has and continues to have the documents it was given for learning?

A: Thanks for pointing that out!

What you're experiencing is an AI behavior issue, not a problem with the upload or our system. The documents you upload stay in the dataset unless you remove them—they're not disappearing. However, sometimes the AI can stop referencing certain information, especially if the question isn't phrased clearly or if the content is complex or buried deep in the text.

Re-uploading may seem like it fixes it, but what's actually happening is the AI is just being prompted again with fresher context.

We're constantly working to improve how the AI interacts with your data, but rest assured—your uploaded material is still there unless you delete it.
