Q: You have removed the Whatsapp and FB integration which is unacceptable
I just don't quite understand why are you removing the whatsapp and FB integration for answerly. If this is a feature, regardless of user using it or not, it should be there. Whatsapp / FB are a large social platform, should not focus only on website. You've used months to build the feature and should not remove it.

Apr 15, 2025A: Hi Jeffrey,
I completely understand your question. From your point of view, it might seem quite surprising — and I shared the same surprise when I looked at the use cases and saw that there are thousands of embedded widgets in websites, but zero WhatsApp agents.
I wouldn’t have minded keeping a feature that nobody uses, but since WhatsApp is a completely different channel, it was slowing us down and doubling our workload. For example, we’re planning to add new voice technology to our platform, and that would mean having to support it for both WhatsApp and Facebook — which no one is using.
By focusing on the web, we can move faster and build features that no other platform can offer — features that are deeply interactive, customizable etc.
Let me know if you have other questions.
The reason we don't use the Whatsapp is that we were waiting development as it still not reliable to handle the dev/use for api case. Most of us bought Answerly cause we were promised other channels integrations, which is the only set apart from other chatbots.
You delete it without asking your users the reason, as another proof (as it was deleting community) of 0 interest on your users needs.

Hello Geo,
Although WhatsApp was fully integrated and available for months, there were ultimately no users taking advantage of it.
We apologize if you disagree with the decision, but we couldn't maintain the integration under those circumstances as it was slowing down development and affecting our main user base.
Narvine,
I’ve recently purchased Facepop and am eagerly anticipating the release of Answerly's white-label version to integrate both platforms. However, I’ve noticed the absence of WhatsApp integration., WhatsApp is a vital channel for customer communication. The current low adoption could stem from implementation challenges rather than lack of demand. . I believe prioritizing WhatsApp is a must!

Hello Randy,
Our integration asked for an api key and your phone number. The challenge was getting the key from meta which I agree was a very complex set up.
I'm afraid we cannot support whatsapp because there is nothing we can do to make meta's process any easier.
