No Human Live Chat In This App!
Pros:
- beautiful UI
- easy UX
- integrates in the same dashboard as Answerly Banner and Answerly Facepop
- BYO OpenAI API key, so you don't have to worry about the financial health of the developer, in relation to support AI credits for LTD buyers :)
- Works well
Cons
- no live chat available. They added "human handoff" on 12/6/23, but it only includes sending the recipient and email by text (not a link or dialogue box inside the widget; just the text with no link 'youremail@email .com"). The other option is entering your own code, using an external solution.
Not having a live chat option will simply not work for my use-case; I'd lose leads.
Where this could be useful, if Answerly was used as a support/help desk bot only, or in a business where live support is not a necessity.
Great work, but it sadly won't work for me without live support.

We never marketed that we have live chat; in fact, we are trying to automate customer support, and we are very transparent about the available human takeover options throughout the deal, help center, and the Q&A section. So, I am very sorry if you had the wrong expectations.
