Technical support is very poor.
I bought the highest product to use the Whitelabel feature, I spent a lot of effort to test the product to better understand the product and also wanted to provide my customers with a good product. I sent many different emails to ask questions that needed to be solved and errors that needed to be fixed for the new version, but received indifference, more than 1 week still did not receive a response from Answerly.
The product is good but on the contrary, there is no peace of mind when using the product. I bought it and I also feel very insecure because if there is a problem that needs to be solved, who will solve it, wait 1 week, 1 month to wait for a response from Answerly?
The 1-star rating is due to poor customer support, not because of the product.
