I refrain from writing bad reviews because we hardly face any issues but this is one product we bought and got the highest tier just so we can use it.

The bot doesn't work so many times they asked us for giving them api we supplied hired one person just to learn and get this to work but if the product doesn't work and can't really interact like a bot what's the use of evening using Ai.

After reaching them several times they said if you having issues (rather then resolving it) they said there are plenty apps available we can get them instead of answerly.io that talks volume that the company itself doesn't believe in their product.

I would be happy who ever bought refunds and I request appsumo to refund me as well
