Trying to configure O365 Mail settings but there is a bug with the software. I've left 2 tickets with support but haven't received a response. Not sure anyone works at this company.

Our Experience
From Day 1 of our AnyChat Purchase, we quickly saw the potential in it; been feature Rich, and functional, it has been an exceptional product. As a No Code entity, we quickly ran into some snags and reached out to Andrey. His Response was quick, warm, understanding and helpful. Andrey Never made us feel unwelcome. He never gave us the cold shoulder. He Never ignored our messages. He never dismissed our concerns. Rather He went all out to communicate with Brevea, seeking ways to make things work for us.

Excited, we got more Tiers from Andrey, but unfortunately our lack of Code Experience frustrated every effort to make it work. AnyChat is an indepth product, with many layers that require technical setup for it to work fully, especially at the Agency level, yet Andrey Never gave up on us. He kept making efforts, and assisting. Unfortunately our system wasn't working with the AnyChat framework, especially in the area of setting up manual controls to user plan access. Eventually we had to sadly ask for a Refund, and Gues What, WITHOUT Questions Asked. Andrey Processed our Full Refund.

AnyChat is a seriously powerful platform. I love how much you can do with AI, automation, workflows, CRM, integrations, and multiple communication channels all in one place. It has a lot of potential and feels like a platform you can actually build a complete customer communication system around.

One feature I really hope the team adds is Comment-to-DM for Facebook and Instagram.

For businesses, it would be amazing if AnyChat could detect a comment on a Facebook or Instagram post/Reel, automatically reply to the public comment, and then send the customer a private DM and continue the conversation with AI.

For example: customer comments “Price?” → AnyChat replies publicly → then sends a private DM → AI continues the conversation.

Comment-to-DM would be a huge addition, especially for businesses that rely heavily on Facebook and Instagram comments to generate leads.

Overall, I’m very happy with AnyChat and excited to see it evolve. The platform is already very powerful, and adding Facebook & Instagram Comment-to-DM would make it even more valuable. 🚀

My team have been trying to get AnyChat to work for about a month now. When they add meta and then I mark some details, it fails at the last moment. Customer support does not reply. Will be refunding. Not sure where all the positive reviews come from?

I can definitely say that the product is great in terms of functionality — everything works like a charm. I get notifications on my phone, and overall, everything works really well.

The biggest problem for me right now is the interface. It feels quite confusing, and I often find myself lost trying to figure out how to set up the main things in the widget and configure everything properly.

I think the UI is currently the biggest area for improvement. I’d definitely give the product four tacos 🌮🌮🌮🌮, and I’d love to see improvements here. Looking forward to future updates and seeing what’s on the roadmap for the UI!
