Terrible customer service
My team have been trying to get AnyChat to work for about a month now. When they add meta and then I mark some details, it fails at the last moment. Customer support does not reply. Will be refunding. Not sure where all the positive reviews come from?

Solid functionality, but getting lost in the interface. UI is an issue!
I can definitely say that the product is great in terms of functionality — everything works like a charm. I get notifications on my phone, and overall, everything works really well.
The biggest problem for me right now is the interface. It feels quite confusing, and I often find myself lost trying to figure out how to set up the main things in the widget and configure everything properly.
I think the UI is currently the biggest area for improvement. I’d definitely give the product four tacos 🌮🌮🌮🌮, and I’d love to see improvements here. Looking forward to future updates and seeing what’s on the roadmap for the UI!

Incredible Value for Money
Probably my favorite product from AppSumo. AnyChat is a real hidden gem - the amount of features and flexibility you get for the price is incredible.
