I have a few questions:
1 - Is it possible to receive messages from Facebook and Instagram post comments?
2 - Is it possible to include external API or MCP connections so that the bot can execute a meeting schedule using an API to call Google Calendar, for example?
3 - Is it possible, in the conversation flow, to establish the assignment of the conversation to an agent according to the context of the messages or simply end (shut down) the bot if the lead is not qualified?
4 - In Tier 3, can I have two distinct workspaces? I have two companies, each with 4 employees, so can I create two spaces so that the 4 employees of Company A log in and only view the inbox and messages of that company?
5 - How many users can I have in Tier 3?

There are answers to your questions:
1 - At this moment, we only support Instagram DMs. For Facebook - yes, we support both DMs and post comments
2 - No, at this moment it's not yet possible. We have a plan to publish the updated AI subsystem in June of this year
3 - Yes, you can do that with "Keyword mather" or functions within AI node
4 - Yes, you can. In tier 3, you have unlimited workspaces
5 - In tier 3, you have up to 25 users per workspace.
