The possibilities of this platform are impressive, even if you end up using it at 50% of its possibilities, the agreement will have been worth it. We have acquired Tier 3. for an agency and we are excited about the usefulness of this tool, since in addition to working as a promoter, it opens up new business options for us with our clients.

We really liked the possibility of suggesting improvements to the application and feeding off of our feedback as users, this says a lot about their intention to continue improving.

I also had the need to request some assistance at the beginning and I can see that the support service was fast and efficient in its responses.

Of course, we will give this tool 5 stars.

As points to improve (at the time of writing this review):

- Videos with examples of creating flows.
- Templates with "common" flows that serve as a starting point.
- Integration with email marketing tools such as Maichimp, Acumbamail, etc.
- Integration with Zapier-type automators.

I am aware that some of these points are suggested and added to their roadmap, so I am happy about that.
