The product itself is mature, really comprehensive product which is very feature-rich. It takes a while to get the hang of it, and it can be overwhelming, but once you figured it out, it is very powerful. The founder is super helpful and very responsive, so I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
There are only two roadmap suggestions:
1. Import feature for knowledge base
2. Some AI feature that helps to keep the knowledge base up to date
