Each time I access Anychat admin to configure it, im overwelmed from what it has to offer. When I purchsed it I wasnt aware how much its loaded with usful features. plan 3 provides an agency plan with unlimited possbilites to ru your business from chat, CRM, knowlegebase you name it!

One downside is the lack of chatbot to answer questions but they did invested with docs and tutorials.

edited: I will not reduce the tacos cause this platform deserve it but the customer service do need an imrovement as messages and tickets are not always being handled.
