I implement this mini chat tool to my support page. I've been using it for a couple of weeks, and it's incredible how simple it is. The only thing missing in this service is the email alert immediately when someone starts the chat. This is available for only one hour without interaction. But, they allow customers to connect Telegram accounts and receive this alert immediately. So, it's a good solution.

I love this tool and recommend it to Sumo-lings who are in doubt. It is worth having it.
