Love it!
I've been using AppSumo for over 8 years and have purchased more than 20 products. Surprisingly, this is actually my first review on the platform.
Before purchasing AnyChat, I spent several days testing it thoroughly, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed.
### What I Like
* The documentation is quite clear. There is definitely a learning curve because there are many features and integrations to configure, but I was able to get most things working within a day or two. I don't think it's too difficult, even for people with limited technical experience.
* The interface is better than some reviews suggest. Personally, I had no major issues with it and found it fairly easy to navigate.
* I encountered a few minor issues with the widget, but nothing critical. Most of the time I tried to solve them myself, and if needed I can always contact support.
* Building flows takes some learning, and sometimes I succeed while other times I don't. That's part of the process. However, having a few more ready-made templates would be extremely helpful, especially for beginners.
* I made an effort to test almost every feature, even those I may not personally need. I also tested multiple languages, and overall the results were very good.
### What I'm Still Waiting For
**1. Appointment Booking**
This is probably the biggest feature request from my perspective.
AnyChat already does an excellent job answering questions, but if it could directly access calendars, manage bookings, and schedule appointments automatically, it would become much easier for me to sell to clients.
At the moment, my workaround is to detect booking-related keywords and send those requests to email, but a native booking system would be a huge improvement.
**2. Translation Features**
Many of my clients interact with foreign customers every day. Sometimes the biggest challenge isn't answering questions—it's writing the answer in the correct language.
I have seen other chatbot platforms offer translation features, but they require users to access the admin panel and, honestly, the translations are often poor.
A well-designed translation system inside AnyChat would solve a real business problem for many users.
### Final Thoughts
I originally wanted to give this product an 8/10 because there is always room for improvement.
However, I'm giving it a **10/10** because I can clearly see the effort and dedication behind the product. The platform has improved significantly, the team continues to develop it, and it has become one of my favorite AppSumo purchases.
