Nothing good until now

We have been using AnyChat for almost 2 weeks, and we have a problem with WhatsApp integration. We sent a support email 4 days ago, and no one answered until now.

So no support at all!!

We will send back the deal, unfortunately, and we do not recommend it.

Hi Andrew,

I had change the token for a new one, the integration starts work, I can send templates but when a customer replay my template the answer never get back to AnyChat.
How to solve it?

Your connected phone number is connected using your own Facebook app, but your access token has expired. That's the main reason why you can't submit the template for review.
We have also added an error description for this case, so now you can easily identify the issue.
