Why:

1. Task-Sharing Limitations: If you buy a single user or two license, you can't share tasks not even your personal. To do so, you need to pay an extra $5/month for each additional user. This wasn't clear at the outset, which feels like a trap.

2.Integration/migration Issues: They claim integration with apps like ToDoist, but it's not true. Migrating from ToDoist doesn't bring over comments or files, and they don't mention this anywhere. It's misleading.

3. Poor Support Experience: I bought two licenses to keep tasks private between users, but was surprised to learn you can't share tasks at all. I suggested many solutions, but the support team was unhelpful and dismissive, rejecting every solution.

4. Regret Dropping ToDoist: I switched from a more affordable, reliable service based on convincing but misleading reviews. I've wasted time and money on a service that doesn't deliver as promised.

So I would recommend you to find another To Do / task handling product and not buying this.

I fumbled this plan only getting one user I should have went with the highest Tier, every once in awhile we see a world class app on here and I believe Any.do will be that, they have stood the course of time and are implementing more and more as we speak. I just learned how to properly use the app and boy i'm kicking myself, would be great for teams or families, I hope it comes back one day and I will buy more users in a heart beat.

In general, I'm happy with Any.do, but there's one big issue that's making me feel just okay about it.

So, I saw a new update for Any.do today, and it had something called an "automation" tab on the screen. I got excited, thinking we could finally connect other stuff to it. But when I checked, there was nothing there.

I even looked through the Q&A section, but there was still no information.

Here's what I don't get: Any.do talks about automation updates, integrating with WhatsApp, and they even have Zapier integration. But for some reason, they won't let us connect our own apps using the API or webhook. It's like they're only allowing Zapier to do it.

It's frustrating to say this, but I really hope the Any.do team reads this and decides to let us connect our own apps. It would make a lot of users happy.

Con el saludo, el aplicativo en general es muy bueno, no obstante hay dos recomendaciones que yo veo, la primera es que agradecería se mejorara el buscador dentro del calendario, porque realmente el buscador no está cumpliendo su función correctamente actualmente para yo poder encontrar una actividad que hice en el pasado prefiero ir a Google todavía y buscar por palabras claves porque búsqueda es mucho más precisa.

Y la segunda recomendación es que en el aplicativo en el celular al momento de colocar una tarea rápida en el celular no sale las etiquetas relacionadas con el espacio de trabajo, solamente se indica la opción de etiquetas de lista.

De lo contrario todo el resto del funcionamiento, la accesibilidad, la rapidez, la sincronización, la facilidad, el uso de la función de mi dia me parece espectacular, super cómodo, me ayuda a tener enfoque y concentración, Any.do Es una gran herramienta.

I have used a lot of different task management apps in my life. I am a junkie and I love the satisfaction of seeing checked boxes. This one is the best of the lot.

The thing I appreciate the most is the flexibility of it. The way you can view by project, list, kanban, etc is just so refreshing. I have found it very helpful, since not everything I do can be tracked the same way.
