Q: Looks like just what I've been looking for!
Please let me know if this is possible.
My use case:
1. User uploads CSV containing a list of Unique user ids (UIDs)
2. Script checks to see if any of the UIDs exist in the Master Database (MDB)
3. Script returns the original CSV with additional data for each row found in the MDB
4. User downloads the CSV in step 3.
My 2nd use case:
1. User uploads CSV
2. Scripts adds new rows to master database
Fingers crossed (even if it will take some custom development).

Currently, neither of the 2 use cases are fully supported.
What you can do right now is to use API Spreadsheets to get the API URL of the user uploaded files, and the API URL of your Master database, and then write a script in Python to do the checking, and adding easily.
