I’m pulling a customer’s mobile number from my website. I have the customer’s country and the mobile number, but most people write their numbers in the local format. For example, in our country most people use the format shown in my sample.
03XXXXXXXXX
E.164 Format : +923XXXXXXXXX

I want to convert those numbers to the international format (E.164). How can I do that when I already have the number and know which country it belongs to?
