Ok, I don't want to spend days learning how to use Zapier or the other super powerful and complex commercial alternatives. This is where Apix enters!
It is really easy to use.
To me, it has all the automations that I need, + webhooks to implement everything else.
So, it totally covers my use case for a fraction of the price of the others.
Btw, now they have much more integrations than mentioned in this listing, so, the development continues.
The material on how to set everything is clear and easy to follow step by step tutorials with examples and everything else you would need. I never needed to activate their live support.

I got this to start connecting some of my platforms for making data transfer easier as well as some automation. It has a clean interface and connects to a lot of different platforms. Its becoming a great time saver for my business.

A really solid app! The logic is very straightforward and easy to follow, so you can get started in just a few minutes. In terms of usability, I actually like Apix-Drive more than Zapier or Make.

The support team is outstanding — they replied instantly and solved my issue right away, with no unnecessary back-and-forth.

On the downside, the number of integrations is still quite limited. I’d strongly recommend the developer to focus on the apps that are actively used here on AppSumo. For instance, it’s not possible to connect the very popular booking calendar TidyCal — it doesn’t provide webhooks, so without a direct integration you’re forced to rely on Zapier as a workaround. Another missing integration is Meiro, which is also well-known among the AppSumo community.

Overall — a great tool with strong potential. If the integrations list grows, this could easily become one of the best automation platforms out there. Definitely worth trying!

It is a useful product for integration, as it meets current needs. However, it has certain limitations if additional functions beyond its current capabilities are required.

The response received from support is fast, clear and honest, indicating exactly what can and cannot be done, without hiding anything.

It is advisable to try it if needed, although personally I do not use it. Despite that, it remains a high-quality product, although it does not suit my specific needs.

I decided to go all in with APIXDrive and give buy their highest AppSumo Tier (currently Tier 3) and it was a great decision. I really love how straightforward the interface is. I also have Pabbly and I'm always wondering what screen I should be going to when I need to get something done.

APIXDrive displays the connection to the source and the connection to the destination in a clear way so that you can quickly make changes and it's all right there in the side bar. No more scrolling through a long automation screen wondering where it went wrong. I really like that! Also it's really great that I can set the intervals easily and the credits that I've used are really clear to see in both the logs and at the top right of the screen so I always know how much I have left.

I would like to see a native ThriveCart integration since they have Kajabi. Guessing a Shopify would be great for them to have too. Finally a Stackby integration would be great as well since many of us have used that to replace Airtable. Finally, I would like to see a "Re-run this Automation" button in the log somewhere so that I can quickly re-test changes made to an automation.

I really like that they have a Webhooks integration already in it since that is usually what is needed when you are using some of the newer tools.

I highly recommend APIXDrive for anyone who is looking to run automations between separate softwares and needs a tool to do that! They have definitely earned a great rating and this 5 out of 5 tacos is well deserved! Thanks for a great product!
