Normal developers can use this but they can only sign their apps using an Ad Hoc provisioning profile. Ad Hoc signing requires to add testing device id’s to apple accout, which is a manual task.
Enterprise signing eliminates all the device adding work.
Q: I noticed what you are offering is the Starter Plan.
When I sign up it looks very similar to the Free Tier which is also called the Starter Plan (with the AppSumo Deal).
I'm not sure what's the difference when I redeemed the AppSumo code from the Free Tier?
Why are you not offering the Developer plan instead?
