Thank you for the question. We are a dedicated team to help mobile developers at every stage. Appcircle CI/CD is already a successful product with many small to enterprise-sized customers, and we don't plan to disappear. The Enterprise App Store is currently in use by more than 10 enterprise customers with more than 1000 employees.

To answer your question, no, even if your store gets closed, your apps will continue to run on your employees' devices. You just won't be able to send a new version.
