I purchased the Lifetime Tier 3 license through AppSumo in 2023. I recently logged into my account and noticed that it has been downgraded to a Free plan, despite having a lifetime Pro license.

I already reached out to your team via live chat and WhatsApp on June 11, but I have not received any response at all.

This situation is very concerning, and I would appreciate immediate assistance to restore my Tier 3 Pro access as promised in the AppSumo deal.

Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.
