Hi staszekjanusz30,
I am not associated with Appily, but did purchase Tier 3 and am testing Appily's app builder, so can shed some light on a few of your question while you are waiting for a response from the Appily support team.

Appily is very different from FlutterFlow, and this is both a con and pro depending on your needs. Appily is a much more "generic" app builder than FlutterFlow. It does not have database capabilities, such as firebase, and does not use github for version control, etc. You will not be able to create custom functions or add your own code (can tweak to some extent with your own html and css).

What Appily does well in my opinion is offer features needed for building apps for small businesses. It has a white label feature, has unlimited push notifications (your client can access and send notifications without you having to do it for them in my understanding), and is fairly easy to use. You could easily have an app ready for testing/upload to the app stores in a day.

I am learning Flutter/Dart/Firebase and plan to also use FlutterFlow for building apps requiring more functionality than that provided by Appily, and will use Appily to market apps to small businesses. I also did a review for Appily that lists all the features (i.e. components) use can use in Appily that you may find useful in making your decision. But to summarize, if you are wanting to market apps to small businesses, Appily is easy to use and you can have an app ready to send to the app stores in a day. If you are wanting databases, extensive widgets, and flexibility, you may want to stick with FlutterFlow. Hope this helps.
