Q: I was just about to purchase a license.
Fortunately, I found out that this tool doesn't support personal contacts(@gmail.com, @outlook.com). I still don't know why you guys are are not enabling this, where as other leading tools like Lemlist allows to add personal contacts.
This is really important for me as most of the businesses I am targeting still uses gmail as their business email.

Since the emails will be sent through the user's connected accounts, isn't it possible to disable the tracking system(just plain texts) for personal emails? I think this way Google or Outlook can't track whether the email is sent through SendNow or not. It would be really helpful for all of us.

Hassan_SendNowUnfortunately it's not that simple. Our sending infrastructure can be traced back from any spam complaints sent from personal email addresses.
This puts all of our customers at risk of worse deliverability.
We want to provide the best email deliverability, and our use case is B2B cold outreach.
