The first two tiers only allow for 3 or 6 users respectively? Does this refer to actual users of the app or Team Collaborator seats? 6 users for Tier 2 makes the app virtually unusable, why would anyone build an entire app for only 6 users? Is there a way to pay for more users on Tier 2?
