Q: About WhiteLabel pack

Hello, thanks for your great product.

When I buy the top package, can I define a free and limited trial package for users? Also, is there an option for my customer to activate the application automatically when purchasing with a woocommerce based site or is it completely manual?

Finally, does the application builder panel only support English? Are there any other options?

Also, if I buy the package for an extra 1 month for $99, will the application of the customers I define as a premium membership be downgraded to pro in the following month?

Finally, is it really unlimited? Will there be a problem when it reaches 300-500 applications?

Thanks.

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. We’ve answered your questions below –

1. From your agency dashboard, you can assign premade plans to your clients. These plans are packaged like our Pay-per-app plans. You can find them here – https://www.appmysite.com/web-to-app-pricing/

You can assign the following plans to your customers -

- Preview plan - Similar to our free plan, but users cannot build an Android app.
- Starter plan - Same as our platform's Starter plan
- Pro plan - Same as our platform's Pro plan

2. You have to manually assign an appropriate plan to a customer once they pay you.

3. Currently, our app builder platform is only available in English.

4. If you buy the $99 premium plan add-on, and cancel it a month later, you will be unable to offer premium plan features to your customers once the cancelation is processed.

5. You can find storage limit information here – https://www.appmysite.com/agency-white-label-pricing/

Please feel free to reach out for more questions.

I don't think it's unlimited because they mention a limit on the disk space available on their servers. Therefore, there's also a limit on the number of apps, which seems to be around 200 apps... Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
