Q: Do I need a mac to publish my App Store app?
Apart from creating an Apple Developer Account, do I need a mac to publish my App Store app (which is built in AppMySite)?

Yes, you would need access to MacOS to submit your app to the Apple App Store. However, you don’t need a physical Macbook to do this. You can sign up for a cloud Mac service which would allow you to access a virtual MacOS system. You can log in to your Apple developer account in the virtual MacOS system and submit your app.

I figured it out after some time :) Not very straightforward, but not super complicated either.
I can see why the 1-click publish option is available and it really saves a good amount of time (and $ as well, for those who dont have MacOS). Thanks for the solid work guys.
