The add-ons available on AppMySite are available per app. If you subscribe to an add-on directly from AppMySite, it would only be available for the app you purchase it from.

If you subscribe to a higher license on AppSumo, the add-ons that are part of the deal will be available on all the apps you create.

For example, Language Support is available from License Tier 3 onwards. This means all the apps created with Tier 3 plans or above will have language support enabled.
