Also, if I buy this, can I have an active app 24/7 without any additional subscription? For what I know, web app builder usually work with a subscription policy, not a lifetime one, so I want to make sure this is not the case here.

We do not offer the source codes for any of our apps, after building the apps you will directly be able to download the .apk, .aab, and .ipa files so that you can easily publish your apps to the App Stores.
Once you have built your apps they will work as long as you have an active subscription with us, which for Sumo-lings will is a lifetime offer.
