1. there are two addons that I might want to get, one of the addons is $9 per month, and some of the other addons have a one time fee, would it be possible to purchase the $9 per month addon at the price of those at a one time fee price "$99"?

The reason of why I'm asking this is because it is way better for my project to just have the overall cost, so I can charge my client just one time, instead of having to manage recurring payments!
