We have 10 website licences package, we use all 10, can we delete some apps and make space for new apps, especially if we use some websites for short time promotions?

You can always utilize your fill allotment of ten websites. To make space for more, you can delete some apps and add new ones within your allotment.
Keep in mind, when you delete an app, it will go offline and stop working.

When app would be deleted then why the app in google playstore would go offline?
It should not be offline as the app is native and it is connected directly to website then how it related or linked to the appmysite after downloading the native version of apps.

When your app is deleted, it loses connection with your WordPress website because our APIs, that are responsible for keeping your app and website connected, will stop working completely. Your app on the Google Play Store will stop syncing with your website.
