Q: Hi Vikas, First of all congratulations and thanks for bringing such a wonderful app which is timely and in demand.
However my concerns are as below.
A) License Tier 1 offering just 3 websites with 3 users, means 1 website per user.
1) I believe here user is not important, number of websites is important for solopreneurs.
2) Why don't you increase websites to 10 and limit user to 1, more users are needed by agencies.
B) Multilingual options should be in all 3 tiers, why limiting it to only Tier 3 for Agency users?
1) Multilingual option is required for even Tier 1 users (solopreneurs also) why forcing to buy Tier 3?
C) Which Payment gateways are supported?

The Users refers to how many people can collaborate per app, so you have 3 Users per app who you can invite to manage and design the app.
You can still purchase the Language Support addon for $ 9 a month so your app users can translate the app between the 15 languages we have support for.
The payment process for our app is done using WebView, this ensures that we support as many payment gateways as possible.
