AppMySite currently supports WordPress-based websites only. We do have other platforms like Shopify and Magento on our product roadmap. You can follow their progress here:

Unfortunately, Wix is not currently on our roadmap. We do however have a feature on our roadmap that will enable users to build an app without connecting it to their website. This would allow all users to build mobile apps on AppMySite.
