We’ve answered your questions below –
1. Pay-per-app simply means that the app you create will reside in your AppMySite account's default personal workspace.
Pay-per-app doesn’t mean you will need to pay for your apps on a recurring basis. It just refers to the plans available here on AppSumo that are equivalent to our product’s Pay-per-app Pro plans.
2. We don’t provide support for PWAs yet. We are about to roll out support for PWAs soon.
For now, you can download an APK file of your Android app and install it on your device.
