We currently do not have the functionality required to allow users to add a form within our Custom app product. For now, you can embed forms in your posts and pages via our code block.

We plan on introducing many new improvements to our the post & page builder of our Custom app product. You can also add this as a feature request here – https://updates.appmysite.com/ideas/en
