Q: If we already bought Tier 5 how does this map to new plans if we upgrade to higher Tiers?
It would be helpful to know for pre-existing users (for example we bought Tier 5) if we want to upgrade to a higher Tier if our previous features which may have been more changes or are affected in any way. Since all plans would map right? Is that assumption correct? We have Tier 5 but if we upgrade to Tier 6 then we don't want to lose what was agreed prior. Does my question make sense?

There's no change in existing features for users with license tiers 1-5. If you upgrade to tier 6, you get all the features available in tier 5, plus access to our Agency white-label product. Any apps you’ve created with tier 5 will continue working normally. If you upgrade, you don’t need to worry about losing anything in your existing license.
