Q: Inquiry about additional benefits in the current AppSumo offer
Hi AppMySite Team,
I hope you're having a great day.
During your last visit to AppSumo, I went all-in and purchased Tier 5, trusting in your project’s value and potential. Yet, here I am with key addons still inactive, requiring a hefty monthly subscription to unlock.
I understand this is part of your business model, but I can’t help but ask: what’s the real benefit of being an “early believer” who supported your tool from the start?
Now that you’re back with a new offer, are there any perks for those of us who already own the highest tier? Would buying extra tickets add value, or would I just be paying more for little return?
I also trust the upcoming PWA functionality will be fully accessible to us, as it was a key reason I invested in Tier 5.
I ask this with all due respect… and genuine curiosity.
Thanks

Dec 18, 2024A: Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
We understand your feedback regarding some of our features being available as add-ons. We’d like to explain that while we try to include most features in our LTD, offering some features involves a significant ongoing cost, so they’re made available as recurring add-ons.
Since we’ve been live on AppSumo, many new features and products have been available to AppSumo users. Some of them include –
- Custom app product
- Web to app product
- New app icon and splash screen maker
- Ecommerce event tracking on Google Analytics
- Support for custom post types and taxonomies
- Advanced web view features
…. and so on.
This year, upon noticing the serious demand for our Agency white-label product, we introduced new tiers to offer the product to AppSumo users. In addition, we’ve continued to support AppSumo customers at every step of the way.
We understand you’re currently on the tier 5 plan. Upgrading to tier 6 or higher will give you access to our Agency white-label product. This would enable you to white-label our app-building portal with your branding and domain.
Regarding PWAs – Since this feature is in development, we’re not sure how it would exactly be distributed. We will be able to share more information once we launch the product.
Please feel free to reach out again for more questions.
