Hi,
I read here in the questions that you have a Premium plan add-on available for $99/month and it works for all apps. I purchased Level 3. Is it possible to purchase this premium add-on? How can I do this?

The Premium plan add-on is specifically built for Agency white-label users. It is not currently available with Tier 3. We understand you’d like to have an add-on that unifies all Premium plan features with Tier 3 as well. We have shared this feedback with the concerned team and will get back to you in case we introduce the add-on.

This is totally unacceptable! You launched new plans on Appsumo (Tier 6 to 10), added a premium add-on and forced us to migrate plans and pay again. All new features are in the premium plan. It's truly absurd that they don't extend this Add-on to all Appsumo plans. This is a great need for us. Every new feature of AppMySite is Premium! We paid for a product that was never updated!
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The Premium add-on only works with the Agency white-label product, which is why it's with license tiers 6 - 10. In addition, not all features we introduce are in the Premium plan. Just recently, we've added new features like login for Custom app users, offline mode, AI-powered multilingual capabilities, etc, and these are available to all AppSumo users.
That's not true! I contacted your support via email and Offline Mode is only available for the Premium Plan. I was informed that Offline Mode could be offered as another paid add-on.
At this moment you already have 5 resources that are paid add-ons for Appsumo customers:
* Analytics - $19.00/mo paid yearly
* 1-click publish - $9.00/mo paid yearly
* Chat - $9.00/mo paid yearly
* Rich notifications - $29.00/mo paid yearly
* In-App Purchase - $29.00/mo paid yearly
Total: $95.00/mo paid Yearly ($1.140 Yearly)
This price for each app!!! I purchased Tier 3 that allows me to build 25 apps. That is $2.375/mo or $28.500 Yearly!!!!
Can't you just extend this Premium Add-on to all levels? There are many complaints here in the questions and reviews about the lack of transparency and the disregard for those who purchased the first plans here on Appsumo. I feel totally deceived by you.
I apologize for missing the fact that offline mode is available with our Premium plan. We have shared your feedback about having a single add-on for all Premium plan features with the concerned team. We will update you once there's movement on this. We understand your frustration, but Premium plan features carry a significant ongoing cost and it's not viable for us to include it with our LTD.
