Q: Support response time..
Hello! I was very excited to see the App Sumo notice about your new white label solution and am interested for my clients. Because my industry is super competitive, being able to provide the best support is a must. But then I checked out your own support responses on WordPress https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/appmysite/ and this speaks volumes to me.
Under white label, if I have a client in need and you have long support response times or no support at all, how can I offer this service to my own clients with confidence? Or do you have a support plan for this "reseller" business model?

Our primary channel of support is email. Most support requests that come to us require troubleshooting.
