The apps built with the Agency white-label product (available from Tier 6 onwards) include all Pro plan features. To be able to offer Premium plan features, you can purchase a Premium plan add-on within your Agency dashboard. Doing this will enable you to assign Premium plan licenses to your app users.
The add-on is currently priced at $99/mo.

what are the extra costs to publish? I need to pay for any server, pay google/apple? How much is extra costs besides appmysite? Any difference in cost if I have pro vs premium - i mean for paying apple, google etc?
