The difference between a free plan and the Tier 1 license is that you can create an iOS app with the Tier 1 license, which is not possible with the free plan.

Since the Tier 1 license does not include ‘No AppMySite branding’, your app will not be white-labeled. We would recommend upgrading to Tier 2 or subscribing to the ‘No AppMySite branding’ add-on.
